WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Our payment methods will be both cash and eftpos. If placing your order through our website, we have a business bank account number to transfer the correct amount to. If paying in cash, then the option to give the complete amount when picking it up is available. We hope to go fully online in the future, thank you for your cooperation.
Please Note: If failing to transfer the correct amount of money, or failing to transfer at all, we will be unable to give you a gift box until the full amount is transferred and completed.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY GIFT BOX?
At this point, we do not offer online orders. We hope to make this an option in the future. For now, if you head on over to our 'Order Form' page, this is where you can place an order. From here, you will receive an email when your gift box is ready to be picked up and you can collect it from Papanui High School at an allocated time.
If discussed prior to collecting the box, we can offer contactless delivery. Times, dates, and places will need to be discussed after the Order Form has been filled out. We will get in touch with you personally about these arrangements.
WHAT HOURS WILL I BE ABLE TO COLLECT MY BOX?
The hours and times we offer collection will be:
Monday: 8:30am - 9:15am
Tuesday: 1:00pm - 2:30pm
Wednesday: 10:45am - 11:30am
Friday: 9:20am - 10:10am
Or we have an option for contactless delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At this point we do not have a return policy. All purchases made will be final, and there will be no refunds. Thank You for your cooperation.
WILL WE BE OFFERING MORE GIFT BOXES?
Yes. We hope too in the near future. We have big plans for many other different gift boxes, that will broaden our range and cater too many people's needs.
